We are looking for a driven Outside Sales / Business Development Specialist to help grow our business, build strong client relationships, and represent our brand in the market.
What You’ll Do
Drive Business Growth:
Generate leads, nurture prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Engagement:
Meet clients face-to-face, present services, and close profitable deals.
Industry Presence:
Represent the company at trade associations, networking events, and industry functions.
Marketing & Events:
Participate in tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events (including after-hours).
Sales Targets:
Achieve ambitious goals through meetings, calls, and networking efforts.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of outside sales experience
with proven success in building profitable client relationships.
Strong networking skills and willingness to attend evening events (2x/week).
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
Valid driver’s license.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Frequent driving, walking, standing, phone calls, and computer use.
Collaboration with diverse individuals across teams and clients.
