What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute structured change management plans for operational excellence initiatives
Assess change impact, readiness, and risk across impacted teams and functions
Identify stakeholder groups and tailor engagement strategies accordingly
Design adoption plans that include training reinforcement, communication, and performance monitoring
Serve as a trusted partner to leaders and frontline teams during periods of change
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field (4 years of additional highly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree)
5+ years of experience in change management, operational transformation, or process improvement
Experience supporting large-scale operational or technology change initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or revenue cycle
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies
Change management certification or formal training (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter)
Experience supporting EHR, billing, or automation initiatives
