What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in education, Counseling, Human Services, or related field
Two (2) years of experience working with families in a similar capacity
Ability to clear required background check
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with online learning environments and educational technology platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in education, Counseling, Human Services, or related field
Three (3) years of experience working with families in a similar capacity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to coach and support adult learners
Skilled in data analysis
