What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Resolve high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment

Support Care Services staff by answering questions and providing coaching and feedback

Review consumer inquiries using database tools to improve service and capture data

Manage specialized consumer support activities via websites

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment

Strong willingness to provide outstanding consumer service

Excellent technical skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM

Proven ability to multi-task effectively

Superior communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
