Christian church experience required.
Position Responsibilities
Lead the design of projects by working closely with MHPA staff, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Produce drawings, models, and renders to effectively communicate designs to clients and the entire project team.
Lead the development of project interiors and the selection of finishes by working closely with client committees, vendors, and trade partners.
Assist with project management, including managing budgets, schedules, and workflow.
Assist with Construction Documents and Construction Administration.

Desired Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in architecture.
License preferred, or license track.
Excellent architectural and interior design skills, with strong creative abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Sketchup, Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
