Job Title: Executive Business Partner, Sales

Location: Hybrid 3+ days in office (Charlotte, NC)

The Executive Business Partner, Sales is a trusted partner to the Head of Growth and a critical force multiplier for the Sales organization. This role blends executive support, sales operations, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure the Head of Growth can focus on strategy while the infrastructure of the sales organization runs smoothly. This individual serves as a proactive gatekeeper of time, an operator who owns sales processes and reporting, and a proxy who can represent Sales in cross‑functional forums. Success in this role requires sound judgment, high initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs before they surface.
What You’ll Do Executive Support & Time Management
Proactively manage the Head of Growth’s calendar, resolving conflicts and prioritizing meetings without requiring direction.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including executive‑level scheduling with external partners and brokers.
Own inbox triage, drafting responses, escalating urgent matters, and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
Manage end‑to‑end travel logistics including flights, hotels, itineraries, and communication to internal teams during field travel.
Sales Operations & Enablement
Build, maintain, and manage reporting within Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring sales data accuracy and readiness for ELT and Board meetings.
Partner with CRM Operations to enforce sales process hygiene, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Proactively gather updates from sellers to maintain current and reliable pipeline and performance reporting.
Prepare first‑draft sales updates, dashboards, and presentations for ELT and Board meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional formatting.
Identify sales enablement needs and coordinate with Marketing and other teams to support sales effectiveness.
Assist with planning and execution of sales meetings, trainings, and kickoffs, including logistics, content coordination, and on‑site execution.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Proxy Support
Represent Sales in cross‑functional meetings with Marketing, Legal, CRM, and other teams when the Head of Growth is unavailable.
Track requests, redlines, tickets, and follow‑ups, proactively pushing for updates and resolution.
Support cross‑functional initiatives and issue resolution, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Client teams as needed.
Anticipate risks, escalations, and operational gaps, surfacing solutions before issues reach the Head of Growth.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience supporting senior leaders and/or working in sales operations, revenue operations, or a fast‑paced commercial environment preferred.

Work Environment FloresHR’s standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET with an hour lunch. Roles may be approved for other schedules by managers. This role operates in a professional hybrid office environment based out of our Charlotte office (off West Morehead) (3+ days in office). This role is mostly sedentary and consists of prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This role also utilizes other tools such as a phone, copy machine, and printer. Common programs often used are Outlook, Word, and Excel. This position frequently communicates with FloresHR team members and candidates and must be able to exchange accurate information clearly in these situations.
