
We are seeking a motivated, entry-level
Business Development / Sales Associate
to support our office’s client growth efforts across the greater Atlanta market. This is a training-focused, performance-driven role designed for someone who wants to build a career in B2B sales and staffing. The associate will focus on outbound prospecting, market research, client outreach, and appointment setting. This role supports senior business development leadership and recruiting teams by helping generate new client opportunities and qualified sales conversations. Success in this role is measured by
activity levels, qualified meetings set, pipeline created, and new client engagement. Core Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective client companies Research target companies and identify decision-makers Build and maintain prospect lists by industry and territory Execute structured call and email outreach campaigns Set qualified discovery meetings for senior sales leadership Market & Account Research
Research local companies in construction, engineering, and professional sectors Identify hiring trends and potential staffing needs Update CRM with accurate prospect and account data Track outreach activity and response rates Support business development leaders with follow-up outreach Confirm meetings and manage scheduling coordination Assist with preparing outreach messaging and sequences Participate in targeted canvassing and local market visits (when appropriate) CRM & Activity Tracking
Log calls, emails, and meetings in CRM daily Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records Track weekly outreach and meeting metrics Follow defined outreach processes and scripts Performance Expectations
Weekly Activity Targets (After Training Ramp)
150–200 outbound calls per week 50+ outbound emails / LinkedIn touches per week 5–8 qualified meetings set per week CRM activity updated daily Training & Development
You will receive structured training in: B2B prospecting and sales fundamentals Staffing industry basics Call frameworks and objection handling CRM usage and pipeline tracking Market vertical knowledge This role can grow into a

Experience in call-heavy environments Local market familiarity Compensation
