Michelle Farmer is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce & Website Associate to lead and optimize our Shopify platform, delivering a seamless, elevated online shopping experience aligned with luxury brand standards. This role oversees daily site operations, digital merchandising, and performance optimization, partnering cross-functionally to drive growth, conversion, and brand storytelling across all digital touch points.

Own and manage the brand’s Shopify e-commerce platform, ensuring a premium, seamless, and elevated online shopping experience aligned with luxury brand standards.

Oversee daily website operations, including product uploads, pricing, inventory accuracy, editorial content, and site merchandising.

Ensure impeccable presentation of products, including luxury-level imagery, styling, copywriting, sizing details, and editorial storytelling.

Curate on-site merchandising strategies to highlight new arrivals, seasonal collections, exclusive capsules, and key fashion stories.

Execute website updates, launches, and promotional campaigns in coordination with merchandising, marketing, buying, and creative teams.

Manage Shopify themes, apps, and integrations, including CRM, ERP, inventory management, shipping, and payment platforms.

Monitor site performance, speed, functionality, and mobile responsiveness, resolving technical issues promptly.

Optimize user experience, navigation, collections, filters, and search functionality to enhance conversion and customer satisfaction.

Maintain brand consistency, luxury aesthetics, and editorial storytelling across all digital touch points.

Manage product launch calendars, ensuring flawless execution of drops, exclusives, and limited-edition releases.

Analyze e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, sell-through, abandonment and sales trends, delivering strategic insights and reporting.

Implement SEO best practices and on-site optimization strategies to improve organic visibility while maintaining brand tone.

Oversee checkout flow, payments, fraud prevention, and order processing to ensure a smooth, secure luxury customer experience.

Partner with Customer Experience and Operations teams to optimize fulfillment workflows, shipping, returns, and post-purchase experience.

Collaborate closely with Marketing to execute email marketing, paid digital campaigns, retargeting, influencer initiatives, and seasonal promotions.

Maintain compliance with data privacy, ADA accessibility, and e-commerce regulations.

Manage relationships with developers, designers, photographers, stylists, and third-party vendors.

Identify opportunities for platform enhancements, innovation, and digital luxury experiences.

Skills & Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in marketing and sales in womenswear.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience working Shopify.
