Michelle Farmer is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Associate to elevate our online presence and bring our luxury brand to life digitally.
This role is more than managing a website — it is about translating our in-store styling experience into a refined, seamless, and inspiring online journey. We are looking for someone with strong Shopify expertise, a sharp fashion eye, and the ability to combine digital strategy with visual storytelling, customer service, and sales excellence.
About the Role You will own and manage our Shopify platform, ensuring an elevated, luxury-level online shopping experience. From product launches to digital merchandising, you will curate fashion stories, style imagery, and create compelling collections that drive engagement and conversion.
This role blends fashion styling, visual merchandising, customer experience, and data-driven performance optimization. You will partner closely with marketing, buying, creative, and retail teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Shopify platform for a seamless, premium user experience
Curate on-site fashion merchandising, styling imagery, and seasonal storytelling
Oversee product uploads, pricing, inventory accuracy, and editorial content
Ensure impeccable presentation through luxury-level imagery, copy, and collection curation
Execute digital launches, seasonal edits, and promotional campaigns
Monitor performance metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, and sales trends
Optimize navigation, collections, filters, and search functionality to drive conversion
Partner with customer experience to support fulfillment, returns, and post-purchase satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing on email campaigns, digital advertising, and promotions
Maintain brand consistency and elevated visual standards across all digital platforms
Qualifications
1+ year experience in women’s fashion marketing, sales, or e-commerce
Strong Shopify experience required
Excellent visual merchandising and styling instincts
Ability to curate fashion imagery and tell compelling brand stories
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
Passion for luxury fashion and digital growth
