What You’ll Do…About The Role
The Senior Analyst, Beef Sales & Procurement supports the end‑to‑end management of Walmart’s beef supply chain, working closely with internal and external manufacturing partners to coordinate production, inventory, and supply chain activities.

This position is based at Walmart’s new Home Office Campus in Bentonville, Arkansas and will report to the Director of Procurement inside Walmart US’s Fresh Meat and Seafood Merchandising Organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of Walmart’s end‑to‑end beef supply chain by coordinating inventory and transportation flows across multiple manufacturing facilities
Collaborate with Walmart‑owned and operated beef manufacturing facilities as well as external partners, including facilities that serve customers outside of Walmart’s retail network
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners
Analyze production, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Assist with reporting, performance tracking, and data‑driven decision making related to production and supply chain execution
Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, service levels, and overall supply chain performance
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing, Agricultural Business, Technology and ERP Systems, or a related field OR 1+ year of relevant work experience (internships, co‑ops, or early career roles preferred but not required)
Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts such as production planning, inventory management, transportation, and manufacturing operations
Experience or comfort working with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar)
Exposure to ERP or planning systems is a plus
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or a related field.
