
Organizational Effectiveness Strategist

Responsible for the design of activation and sustainment strategies tailored to organizational goals—aligning change and transformation programs with key business objectives. The Organizational Effectiveness Strategist plays a key role in design, enablement and execution of high-impact strategies and initiatives to drive adoption, engagement, tracking/reporting, and sustainment of strategic shifts across the enterprise. This role will partner directly with senior leaders and business owners to advise and influence on best approach for solution creation to drive engagement and sustainment. Responsibilities
Define and drive enterprise-wide change management strategies for adoption and sustainment of critical initiatives.
Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to design end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring alignment across strategy, people, processes, and technology.
Develop and scale organizational capability in change management and organizational effectiveness, including tools, training, resources, templates, playbooks, frameworks, etc.
Serve as a key resourceand partner for organizational effectiveness and change management-related guidance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adaptability as business needs change.
Advise and influence senior leaders and business owners to adopt change management best practices for any and all associate impacts.
Lead and drive change impact assessments, readiness reviews, and stakeholder mapping.
Partner with stakeholders to develop targeted engagement plans and facilitate feedback loops.
Develop adoption metrics and KPIs to track progress, adoption, and indicate where opportunities and additional support is needed.
Provide consultative solutions to business functions to close capability gaps by driving interventions, partnering with key leaders, and creating adoption strategy.
Travel 10% to field and business locations.
Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.

MINIMUM
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in strategy execution, transformation management, organizational change management, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or management consulting
Demonstrate understanding of organizational effectiveness and ability to lead strategy design, enablement, and execution
Experience leading change enablement and organizational development within fastfaced, matrixed organization
Expertise in change management and organizational effectiveness methodologies and frameworks, digital tools and platforms
Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive communications
Demonstrated time management and project management skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload
DESIRED
Bachelors degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational leadership, human resources, business administration or related fields
Masters degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational leadership, human resources, or related fields
Prosci Certification, Six Sigma Certification
Experience leading large crossfunctional strategic change initiatives and business transformations
