The salary range above represents the earning potential for this position. The anticipated hiring range for this position will be $94,837.00 to $150,210.00, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEBS is seeking a Product Specialist to lead the management and optimization of Microsoft productivity platforms and emerging AI solutions. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional passionate about driving adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement in enterprise technology.

You will serve as one of the primary enterprise product leads for the Microsoft/O365 platform and other AI tools and technologies, ensuring smooth product lifecycle management and strategic releases that align with organizational goals.

Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for Microsoft platforms (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Apps, Azure) as well as other non-Microsoft AI tools.

Define and implement release strategies for new features, fixes, and enhancements.

Coordinate deployments in collaboration with IT teams, business units, and external vendors.

Communicate upcoming changes and their impacts through clear documentation and user-friendly channels.

Identify and elevate high-risk product features or changes to leadership and governance teams to ensure security, compliance, and minimal business disruption.

Monitor usage metrics, analyze trends, and prepare performance reports.

Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend new tools, and lead pilot programs to drive innovation.

A criminal background and credit history check will be conducted on the selected candidate prior to appointment and will be a significant factor in the hiring decision.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

Five (5) years of professional experience in product management or ownership within enterprise technology environments with a strong focus on Microsoft platforms (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Platform) and AI technologies.

Equivalency:

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

For candidates with highly specialized, hard-to-find skills that are critical to departmental needs, relevant training and professional certifications may be considered in lieu of the full degree requirement.

Medical Protocol:

Technical Expertise

Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft productivity platforms (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Apps, Azure) and their integration within enterprise environments.

Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level Microsoft license management, including process optimization for effective license allocation.

In-depth knowledge of AI-driven tools and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess their potential to transform business processes and enhance efficiency.

Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, including roadmap development, release strategies, and governance frameworks.

Analytical & Problem-Solving

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Capacity to assess and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring security, compliance, and minimal disruption during product changes.

Leadership & Collaboration

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, driving adoption and ensuring smooth deployment of new features and technologies.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, fostering clarity and collaboration across technical and business teams.
