Used Car Sales Manager
to lead our pre-owned department at our Manor location. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to drive volume, profitability, and team development at one of the fastest-growing dealerships in Central Texas.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve performance goals
Manage inventory, appraisals, pricing, and merchandising of all pre-owned vehicles
Drive process improvement to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Work closely with finance and service to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to build a strong, customer-focused team
Qualifications
Proven track record in automotive sales management (used car experience required)
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on management style
Ability to balance volume, gross, and customer retention
Proficiency with CRM and inventory management systems
High integrity, professionalism, and drive to succeed
