Los Angeles, CA What You’ll Be Doing
At Opply, our strength is delivering leading-edge products and support to those we serve. You’ll be responsible for smashing targets and building relationships in the industry. There is room for growth and more senior roles in the commercial team from starting here. Work with the entire Growth team to set priorities and strategic direction for new business Actively prospect and engage new brands using a variety of channels including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking events Conduct discovery calls/demos with all outbound and inbound leads Be a champion for our users and advocate for them, partnering with Marketing and Product teams to continuously improve the product Collect and record feedback throughout the sales process, suggesting changes where you identify areas for improvement Go above and beyond to be an Opply spokesperson, exceeding growth targets in line with achieving the overall business objectives Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities and competitors Attend industry events to network, build contacts, and represent Opply in the best light What Experience You Have
Must haves: 2-5 years experience in high outbound Sales in a Business Development role B2B sales experience targeting SMB customers Early stage startup experience Have consistently exceeded sales targets, and are motivated by the close Experience or interest in the food/consumer goods industry with brands and suppliers preferred Preferred experience: Software sales experience Tech sales experience Experience selling to food/consumer goods industry brands and suppliers Who You Are

Compensation range:
$60,000 - $65,000 base salary + Uncapped commission (Yr 1 OTE $100,000) 25 days holiday a year (excl. public holidays) Flexible working hours & flexible working Benefits Allowance for things like gyms, health care, wellness We are VC-backed by top investors and partners and have won industry awards. We’re a close-knit team of 30+ (and growing), working across five time zones.
