Manage and execute tenders, including contract review, negotiation, and proposal writing. Facilitate and follow up on risk assessments and sales process for tenders. Ensure contracts are reviewed, qualified, and compliant with company policy and international regulations. Implement new contracts and administer existing ones Support project teams and supply chain during contract execution on Contractual matters Oversee contract insurance and confidentiality agreements for clients and vendors. Area of Responsibility

Draft, review, negotiate, and administer proposals and contracts for offshore services and products in international markets. Ensure legal and commercial compliance, including risk management and adherence to company policies. Coordinate and calculate the commercial aspects of tenders by gathering input from relevant departments, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring all pricing and commercial terms are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company policies and client requirements. Coordinate contract handover to operations and support project managers on warranty claims, delivery issues, and disputes. Administer all client contracts, including amendments, escalations, and formal correspondence. Maintain the contracting library and Global Sales Tender site on CRM and document control systems. Manage due diligence, compliance processes, insurance administration, NDA policy, and pre-qualification of agents, clients and vendor. Support the Supply Chain with general terms and conditions, negotiating frame agreements, and addressing contractual concerns. Assist Supply Chain in risk assessment, warranty, regulatory checks, IP and conflict resolution with vendor. Competence

Education

Bsc. in Business, Finance, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred. Relevant coursework or internships in commercial, legal, or financial areas are advantageous. Experience/Skills

2 years of experience in a commercial, contract, purchasing, or business support role. Internships or part-time roles in sales, contract administration, or project support are valuable. Exposure to contract drafting, review, or negotiation is a plus. Basic understanding of commercial terms, risk management, and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or SharePoint is helpful. Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and develop commercial acumen and flexible to support others if needed. Personal Attributes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
