Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Contracts Specialist to support their Legal Department, focusing on contracts management and corporate governance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with in-house counsel and multiple departments, helping to ensure efficient contracting processes and compliance with corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage various agreements (NDAs, service, vendor, supply, and clinical trial contracts).
Oversee the full contract lifecycle—intake, execution, tracking, and archiving.
Maintain corporate records, filings, and governance documentation.
Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, and internal training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
5–10 years of experience in contracts or corporate governance (biotech/pharma experience a plus).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
