
The firm is seeking
two experienced Real Estate Transactional Paralegals
to join its busy transactional practice. These roles focus on real estate matters, with significant responsibility, client interaction, and exposure to complex transactions. The
senior paralegal role (9+ years)
is our immediate priority.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and organize real estate transactional documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
Conduct due diligence and maintain organized transaction files
Coordinate closings and post-closing matters with attorneys, clients, and other parties
Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Support attorneys in complex transactional matters as needed
Collaborate closely with partners and clients on transaction strategy
Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years of real estate transactional experience preferred
Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and procedures
Excellent organizational, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Comfortable working directly with attorneys and clients
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between
$100,000 – $120,000 . The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
