Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary This is a high-impact, fast-paced opportunity to step into a critical marketing leadership role supporting one of Microsoft's most strategic customer engagement programs. You will work at the intersection of product marketing, executive communications, and customer experience, managing day-to-day operations for a flagship initiative that connects senior AI leadership with top-tier enterprise customers. This position requires someone who can hit the ground running, operate independently with minimal oversight, and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for coordinating team activities, maintaining project momentum, conducting team check-ins, and ensuring seamless communication with senior leadership. This role demands strong organizational capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and execution.
Job Responsibilities
Manage team meetings and facilitate effective communication across cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, product, engineering, communications, and events teams
Update and maintain project trackers to ensure visibility into program status, deliverables, and timelines
Conduct first-round reviews of documents, plans, and strategies to ensure quality and alignment with program objectives
Lead one-on-one meetings with team members to understand progress, identify blockers, and provide support
Provide regular status updates to the General Manager on program health, obstacles, and resource needs
Own the operational execution of the Copilot Frontier Forum, a high-visibility, invite-only customer engagement program for enterprise AI leaders
Coordinate executive readiness activities and prepare materials for senior leadership customer engagements
Manage customer event demand generation activities and track RSVP analytics to optimize engagement outcomes
Synthesize customer feedback, questions, and insights to inform product, go-to-market, and leadership decision-making
Develop and maintain workback schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all program components
Coordinate demos, content development, communications, and follow-up activities across multiple teams
Independently propose strategic adjustments to program elements and seek appropriate approvals
Requirements
Prior Microsoft experience required
Product marketing or marketing-focused background required; generalist backgrounds will not be considered
Demonstrated experience managing executive-level programs and customer engagement initiatives
Proven track record in roles lasting six months or longer
Executive-level program and workback management with proven ability to support senior leadership
Customer event demand generation and RSVP analytics expertiseStrong project management capabilities with experience creating detailed workback schedules
Product marketing experience with understanding of go-to-market strategies
Exceptional stakeholder communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas and align cross-functional partners
Superior time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take full ownership of deliverables
Cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, product, engineering, and communications teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level audiences
Ability to ramp up quickly and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing virtual events and customer experiences
Analytical skills to synthesize customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days/week Onsite)
Duration: 3 months
Pay Range: $48 - $54.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
