This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Business Development role located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Sales Business Development Representative will identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role also requires effective communication with potential and existing clients to grow the company’s presence in the industry. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and sales data Excellent Communication skills for building relationships, presenting solutions, and collaborating with team members Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and opportunities NACE/AMPP certification is a bonus Active presence on LinkedIn and familiarity with social media marketing strategies Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client interactions, and ensure satisfaction Proven ability to meet deadlines and sales targets Familiarity with the sandblasting and coating industry is a plus Ability to work on‑site and travel locally as required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
