Their portfolio includes engineering software, training modules and simulators to help with calculations to mitigate risk, accelerate projects and enhance performance. We are seeking a strategic

Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist . This is not a broad-net demand generation role; it is a high-precision position focused on 100% Account-Based Marketing for the Integrity product line. You will be "attached at the hip" with the Sales team to map strategic accounts and execute high-touch campaigns to expand our footprint within the world’s largest energy companies.

Job Description

Account Orchestration:

Work with Strategic Account Managers to map out key accounts in-depth, identifying "whitespace" and new divisions for expansion.

High-Volume Execution:

Manage a robust calendar of ABM tactics, including 20+ live "Lunch and Learn" events and up to 80 virtual webinars annually.

Sales Tech Mastery:

Utilize

Apollo, HubSpot, and Gong Engage

to build automated outbound cadences and personalized marketing "air cover" for the sales team.

Collaborative Strategy:

Act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring 100% alignment on target personas and account-specific messaging.

Requirements

3–5 years of Marketing experience with a heavy emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or high-touch B2B enterprise campaigns.

Strategic Execution:

Proven ability to not just "launch campaigns," but to analyze a sales funnel, identify friction points, and pivot tactics to drive conversions.

Toolbox : Proficiency in HubSpot, Apollo, and Gong Engage is highly preferred.

Location:

Reporting to an office daily in Houston, TX with flexibility for a hybrid schedule after 90-day ramp period.
