We are seeking a motivated, early-career Account Executive who is eager to build a successful sales career in a performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to learn consultative B2B sales while earning uncapped commissions and long-term residual income.
You will receive industry-leading training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support as you learn how to engage business owners, identify opportunities, and deliver real value to customers. This is a strong opportunity to develop professionally, gain confidence in sales, and grow into a top-performing role with significant earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding
Engage business owners and decision-makers in consultative sales conversations
Identify customer shipping challenges and present cost-saving solutions
Assist in preparing cost-benefit analyses and sales proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction
Train customers on InXpress’ shipping technology platform
Work toward monthly sales goals with support from leadership and mentors
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred but not required; internships or customer-facing roles are a plus
Strong desire to learn, improve, and build a long-term sales career
Coachable mindset with a competitive and goal-oriented attitude
Comfortable communicating with customers and asking questions
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
