Opportunity Overview:

The Integrated Systems Test (IST) Sales group is hiring a Sales Support Administrator (Sales Enablement Professional) to join their team. The Sales Support Professional provides full-time, onsite sales administrative and operational support for the Integrated Systems Test business at Teradyne's North Reading facility. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely execution of configuration build-outs, order processing, shipment tracking, and reporting activities. Working side-by-side with Business Unit managers, Product Marketing, Sales, and the broader Sales Enablement team, this position enables sales execution excellence and smooth order lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities Include

Lead configuration build-outs to support customer quotes and booked orders

Develop accurate and timely order bookings within CRM and ERP systems

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure smooth opportunity-to-order execution

Build and maintain shipment tracking and order status visibility for internal stakeholders

Support ad-hoc and recurring reporting related to bookings, backlog, and shipments

Partner with BU managers and Sales Enablement leadership to validate data accuracy and resolve execution issues

Ensure data integrity and compliance across sales and order management systems

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

3+ years of relevant experience

Ability to support order processing, configuration management, and sales execution activities

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce experience preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing environments is a plus

Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with a problem-solving mindset

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

**We are only considering candidates local to the position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position; This role is full time in office in North Reading MA

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $74,800-$119,700. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
