Our company is a raw material nutraceuticals wholesaler. We focused on serving the unique needs of leading brands and manufacturers in the nutrition supplement, food, and beverage industry. We carry a complete line of specialty nutraceuticals, herbal extracts and powders, amino acid compounds, vitamins, minerals, and specialty chemicals to meet a variety of applications. We are seeking to hire a dependable individual with strong organizational skills as a full-time Sales Representative. Responsibilities include cold calling prospective clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through extensive follow up practices, providing prospective clients with quotes, samples, and product information, and keeping thorough records of all customer interactions. Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Sales Specialist role in Salt Lake city , Utah. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, facilitating product training, and supporting sales management processes. The Sales Specialist will play an essential role in representing Kunzheng Biotech's high-quality products and commitment to customer success. Qualifications

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and address customer needs. Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Ability to conduct Training sessions, equip clients with product knowledge, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage tasks efficiently and collaborate with team members. Familiarity with the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered.
