Key Responsibilities
Lead a crew of 2–10 carpenters on commercial job sites
Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Perform layout and material take‑offs
Track and maintain project material inventory
Document progress through detailed reports and photos via iPad apps
Execute and oversee tasks including:
Light gauge metal framing
Drywall installation and finishing
Doors, hardware, trim, and Division 10 installations
Ensure work meets specifications and is “plumb, square, and level”
Communicate effectively with project managers and fellow trades
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial carpentry experience
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Proficient with layout, blueprint reading, and framing
OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer/iPad skills for daily reporting
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Professional demeanor and team‑oriented attitude
