Overview

Delivery Drivers and Couriers are responsible for transporting packages, documents, and goods safely and efficiently to customers while maintaining excellent service standards. This role supports daily operations by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate handling of items, and a professional company presence.

Key Responsibilities

Route Planning & Delivery Execution

  Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pickups.

  
  

Package Handling

• 
  

  Load, unload, and transport packages, parcels, and materials while ensuring items are handled with care.

  
  

Customer Interaction

• 
  

  Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries and pickups, addressing basic questions as needed.

  
  

Vehicle Operation & Maintenance

• 
  

  Safely operate company or personal vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

  Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

  
  

Documentation & Tracking

• 
  

  Obtain delivery confirmations, signatures, or electronic records and maintain accurate delivery logs.

  
  

Safety & Compliance

  Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and safe driving practices.

  
  

Qualifications

  High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience is an asset

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
