We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Vice President of Strategic Growth to drive revenue, expand market presence, and accelerate our impact across Senior Living Contract Food Service and Hospitality. This role identifies and cultivates new business opportunities, builds high‑trust client partnerships, and brings Restaura’s game‑changing hospitality and technology solutions to communities nationwide.
This role will be based in the Southwest region, TX or OK and reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across Senior Living
Lead annual sales and operational planning including forecasting and budgeting
Solutioning
Build and expand strategic client relationships aligned with Restaura’s offerings
Evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities
Partner with Marketing on integrated strategies that build awareness and engagement
Sales Process Excellence
Establish territory plans focused on “right client, right terms”
Utilize CRM tools to track relationships, activity, and strategy
Lead the creation of proposals, presentations, and contract documents
Research prospective organizations and key stakeholders
Build annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts
Advance opportunities through the complete sales cycle
Research, Insight & Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitive shifts, and market data
Engage in industry groups, conferences, and client events
Collaborate with the Growth team to exceed collective sales goals
Provide leadership with insights on customer needs and market dynamics
Deliver compelling product and service presentations
Brand Ambassador
Represent Restaura at client meetings and industry events
Serve as a culture champion — embodying ownership, hospitality, and excellence
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in hospitality and/or consultative selling; 10+ years preferred, ideally within Senior Living
Deep understanding of the Senior Living hospitality market
Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts
Ability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced, or startup environment (preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship‑building acumen
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
