Account Coordinator (Brand Revolution)

The Account Coordinator is a foundational role within Brand Revolution's account service team, supporting Account Managers and Directors in the day-to-day execution of client projects. This role focuses on administrative excellence, organizational precision, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of creative campaigns, events, and production work. Account Coordinators serve as critical connectors across internal teamscreative, production, events, and accountingwhile maintaining meticulous project documentation and supporting client communications. This is a position designed for motivated, detail-oriented professionals eager to build their skills in a fast-paced, full-service agency environment with a goal of becoming an account manager. Reports to: Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Communications

Prepare account service-related documents including meeting agendas, conference reports, proposals, and client correspondence. Participate in internal agency and client meetings, taking detailed minutes and distributing action items promptly. Assist with resolving client questions and needs in a timely, professional manner, escalating to Account Manager when appropriate. Support the Account Manager in maintaining trusted client relationships through responsive, clear communication. Project Coordination & Documentation Update client status reports daily and weekly, ensuring all project tracking systems reflect current progress. Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information for reference and reporting. Open new jobs in project management systems and complete creative briefs with accurate client requirements. Verify production specifications and proof marketing materials to ensure accuracy before client delivery. Organize deliverables effectively to support productive campaign results and align with client goals. Work ahead on client deliverables anticipating needs and completing known tasks in advance to maintain momentum. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as liaison between the account service department and accounting, production, events, and creative teams. Field and process internal information requests, ensuring timely responses and accurate distribution. Work collaboratively to problem-solve production issues and errors, maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Identify opportunities to add value to the client-agency relationship through proactive support and process improvements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in account coordination, client services, or project support roles (internships and relevant coursework welcome) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management systems such as Wrike, Google, or Hubspot (bonus) Valid U.S. Driver's License and Passport. Ability to work three days per week in the Cedar Park, Texas office or Denver, Colorado office. Preferred: Experience working or interning in a full-service marketing agency or department. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Superior verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail in notetaking and documentation Highly organized, task-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Motivated, articulate, and flexible able to transition quickly between tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and resourcefully. A sense of creativity to interpret client needs and translate them into comprehensive creative briefs. Driven to provide the highest level of customer service and contribute positively to team culture. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to an evolving, high-growth environment. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, and use computer equipment for extended periods. Must have reliable transportation for in-office and off-site work.
