
Account Coordinator
Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization, is seeking a highly organized and personable account coordinator to join their team. This key role supports ongoing relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring top-notch service and smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional support and timely responses to inquiries. Coordinate and track account-related activities, including donation processing, partner communications, and event participation. Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and reporting systems. Support fundraising campaigns, outreach initiatives, and special events. Assist with the development and distribution of communications, presentations, and reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client and partner needs are met promptly and professionally. Help resolve account issues or escalate complex matters to management when necessary. Requirements: Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative support, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems a plus. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passion for contributing to a meaningful cause.
