Senior Pricing Analyst
Atmus Filtration Products is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in pricing through hands-on analytics, data management, and system support that directly impacts business performance. As a key contributor within the pricing team, the Pricing Analyst will support pricing execution, assist with reporting and analysis, and help maintain accurate pricing information across multiple systems. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in the Nashville office; local candidates are preferred. Responsibilities
Supports the implementation and maintenance of pricing optimization tools and processes used to manage pricing information. Participates in pricing improvement projects and assists in developing data-driven recommendations. Supports value-based pricing activities by analyzing markets, pricing trends, and product performance. Prepares analytical reports to assist senior team members with pricing and business decisions. Assists in executing pricing strategies, including tariff price reviews and new product or market segment pricing updates. Maintains accurate pricing data in order management and rebate systems, including account setup and data validation. Supports internal and external audits by gathering data, validating pricing information, and completing required documentation. Identifies opportunities to improve data quality, streamline processes, and strengthen pricing accuracy. Qualifications
Education College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Accounting or a related subject required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience 13 years of experience in pricing, finance, analytics, or related work in tangible products preferred. Foundational understanding of pricing concepts, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Strong analytical ability to identify pricing discrepancies, trends, and process improvements. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to resolve pricing issues. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all pricing activities. Base salary range: $76,820 - $115,229. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
