Understanding of loyalty marketing best practices and experience driving customer acquisition/enrollments/subscriptions, engagement, and retention.\nProficiency using an advanced enterprise email marketing platform (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle/Responsys, or Hubspot etc.) Strong HTML skills preferred.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva etc. a plus.)\nStrong analytical skills. Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor program health as well as understand consumer behavior, set goals and metrics, and aid in the prioritization of initiatives and campaigns.\nSkilled communicator with experience building presentations and presenting data and promotional plans. Well‑versed in reporting out and presenting to stakeholders on campaign performance and program initiatives.\nExcellent design, copywriting, and proofreading skills with an ability to be detail‑oriented. Excellent project management skills with the ability to give direction to graphic designers, marketing agencies/vendors, and creatives. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.\nExperience in gaming, entertainment, e‑commerce, fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG), or consumer packaged goods (CPG) categories preferred.\n*Important Note:
