Account Executive/Account Manager (Aviation Insurance)
Dallas, TX (In-Office) Full-Time
TITAN Aerospace Insurance is looking for an experienced Account Executive/Account Manager to support a diverse portfolio of aviation clients. Aviation insurance experience is strongly preferred.
In this role, you’ll manage high-value accounts, support renewals, and deliver top-tier client service while working closely with carriers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day client support (certificates, invoicing, endorsements, policy changes)
Prepare renewal applications and proposal documents
Request, track, and verify policies and endorsements
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control on client deliverables
Maintain workflows and documentation in Applied EPIC
Qualifications
Insurance industry experience (aviation insurance preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
Experience with Applied EPIC and Microsoft Excel
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and/or certifications (CPUC, ARM, CIC, CAIP)
