Disclosure Specialist
First Bank is actively seeking a Disclosure Specialist in our Mortgage division within the Compliance department. This full time opening will process mortgage loan application files for accuracy and completeness.
What You Will Be Doing
- Verifying the loan application data is complete
- Verifying the Fee's section of the loan application is complete and accurate
- Generating and mailing initial disclosures to the Loan Applicant(s)
- Ensuring accuracy of change circumstances made by the Mortgage Loan Processor
- Generating and mailing required new disclosures
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Three (3) to Six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PC Proficiency preferred
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form
- Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in non-standardized situations
