Responsibilities
- Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned INFINITI vehicle
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and guide test drives
- Explain features, warranties, financing options, and upgrades
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text using our CRM system
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and sales trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, BDC, real estate, or similar customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confident, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed
- Comfortable using technology and learning about new products
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to commute to or relocate to Mesa, AZ
