Job Description

• Develops and coordinates long-term plans and strategies with the Executive Director to create a consumer-centric environment and drive business growth through product and market expansion.
• Ensures division-wide implementation of Consumer Aspiration Strategies.
• Leads program initiatives, working closely with Executive Sponsors and project teams.
• Oversees Division Annual Planning for consumer-led initiatives in Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Develops strategic roadmaps by breaking down complex issues into phased workstreams.

$110,702.15 - $205,911.28
