
Job Title: E-commerce Director - Apparel
Role Overview
Senior leadership role owning the full DTC and retail e-commerce strategy for the brands apparel business, driving growth across Shopify, retail stores, league events, and partner channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Own e-commerce vision and growth strategy across all digital and retail touchpoints
- Lead and scale teams across site operations, merchandising, planning, retail, and CX
- Drive seasonal line planning, assortment strategy, and inventory health
- Build analytics frameworks around sales, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Oversee Shopify roadmap, UX, mobile optimization, and testing
- Improve 3PL and fulfillment performance
- Align closely with marketing on email, SMS, paid, and campaign execution
- Own monthly reporting and partner with finance
- Provide oversight for wholesale, licensing, and partner launches
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of e-commerce/DTC experience, preferably in apparel or youth culture
- Deep Shopify and CX platform expertise
- Proven people leader with experience scaling teams
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Strong cross-functional partner across marketing, finance, ops, and creative
Salary $135,000-$145,000
