What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide high-level oversight of multiple large-scale commercial projects
• Align stakeholders on vision, goals, and execution strategy
• Manage project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, and logistics planning at a portfolio level
• Act as the primary point of contact for ownership groups and design teams
• Ensure high performance in safety, quality control, and risk management
• Partner with business development and preconstruction to plan future work
• Mentor and develop emerging leaders on your teams
