LHH is working with a looking to bring on a CRM Strategy Manager or Senior Manager to their Dallas office on a permanent basis. In this role you will drive all CRM management, analytics, dynamic campaign creation and system upgrades. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years experience in a technical CRM role, understanding HTML/CSS and SQL in order to execute technically forward CRM integrations.

The organization seeks an analytical and technical individual to join their team on a permanent basis with the ability to lead CRM initiatives, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and create dynamic CRM content for distribution. The team operates in a onsite setting out of their Dallas office. This role offers a pay range of $120,000-$160,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM strategy and team, driving customer growth, retention, and personalized lifecycle communications.
• Oversee execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Manage CRM platforms, integrations, and data infrastructure, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Develop and enhance CRM technology stack, troubleshoot front-end issues, and implement dynamic content using HTML/CSS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze customer data for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align CRM efforts with broader business goals and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience leading CRM strategy, analytics and management
• Extremely proficient in HTML/CSS and Salesforce
• Highly technical, able to optimize CRM enhancements and troubleshoot
• Analytically minded, able to perform campaign analysis, customer segmentation and A/B testing
• Proficient in data privacy and compliance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
