Base pay range: $78,000.00 – $96,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do

• Cultivate relationships with municipal and community leaders across the Midwest.
• Manage a pipeline of market opportunities and municipal approvals.
• Guide the permitting process and assist with franchise negotiations.
• Identify new market expansion and funding opportunities.
• Track regional trends, competitive activity, and local development projects.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in telecom or infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of municipal processes and permitting workflows.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% regionally.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
