Responsibilities

• Clinical Education Leadership Initiate, administer, assess, and document clinical education programs, ensuring the highest standards of education for our students.
• Community Development Foster strong relationships with clinical affiliates and secure new clinical affiliation agreements to expand our network and strengthen our ties within the healthcare community.
• Student Support Coach, mentor, and advise students, being available to solve problems and provide guidance during their clinical rotations.
• Supervision Oversee clinical instructors and preceptors at clinical sites, ensuring the fulfillment of program requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and Bachelor's Degree (required)
• 4+ years of full-time professional experience in Sonography.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Adult Echocardiography (AE)

Specialty

• Experience in educating students in a clinical setting is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and counseling skills.
