StevenDouglas is exclusively working with a world-renowned luxury resort located in Palm Beach County that is actively seeking an Executive Director of FP&A!

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of this esteemed resort, providing critical insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership. The Executive Director of FP&A will be a strategic finance leader responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the property.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Lead the annual budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting process. Monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership as well as department leaders updated of the organization’s financial performance
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, capital investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes and support business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a small team of financial analysts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive Finance experience, with at least 3 years as a Supervisor/Manager
• Prior hotel experience required
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in financial planning

What We Offer:

• Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr
• Annual Bonus
