About the job Executive Director

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive Director to lead our young adult dual diagnosis facility. This facility provides specialized care to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring high standards of care, managing a dedicated team of professionals, and working closely with stakeholders to enhance the facility's impact.

The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership background in behavioral health, particularly in dual diagnosis treatment, and a passion for improving the lives of young adults facing mental health and addiction challenges. Experience in an Executive Director or similar leadership role is required, and experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall operations of the facility.
Develop and implement programs and services that provide comprehensive treatment for dual diagnosis.
Manage and mentor a team of clinical and administrative professionals.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements.
Develop and monitor budgets, financial planning, and fundraising efforts.
