Senior Product Manager- Growth

Storm3, Boston

Save Job

I'm hiring a Sr Product Manager to own a core product domain end-to-end and partner closely with engineering, QA, clinical, and operations. You’ll lead strategy and execution, improve speed and clarity through strong documentation, and use modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and delivery. You’ll also own key member experience outcomes for your domain, including engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product domain end-to-end (for example Member Experience or Care Delivery tools), including vision, roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes.
  • Translate clinical and business strategy into clear product requirements and user flows across mobile, web, and internal tools.
  • Drive member activation, engagement, and retention through close partnership with design, clinical, engineering, and QA, using metrics and rapid iteration.
  • Define success metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate based on data and learnings.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders (clinical, operations, customer success, leadership) on scope, timelines, and tradeoffs.

You might be a good fit if you

  • Have 5-8 years of product management experience, including owning meaningful product surfaces from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Are a strong writer who can turn complex domains into crisp, testable requirements and decision-ready summaries.
  • Have technical fluency: you can read and reason about code, APIs, and data models; you’re comfortable with tools like Git and collaborating via pull requests.
  • Think in systems and edge cases, especially in workflows with rules, routing, eligibility, or operational constraints.
  • Have experience improving engagement/retention in a member-facing product using metrics and continuous iteration.
  • Are outcome-oriented: you balance member value, clinical safety, operational impact, and engineering constraints to ship the right thing.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and can create clarity quickly without over-processing.
