A leading packaging company is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to develop and implement the CI strategy across their manufacturing operations. This onsite role, located in the Midwest, requires strong leadership skills and a focus on people development. The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous improvement and the ability to engage with teams across multiple locations, including some travel to plants in Mexico.
