Our client, a rapidly growing software company backed by leading investors, is seeking a Head of Growth to join their team. This leadership role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion by scaling go-to-market strategies across marketing, product‑led growth, and sales enablement.
Term: Full Time
Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY
Compensation: $200k-$300k
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or go-to-market strategy at B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and user adoption
- Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset
- Excellent communication abilities, with the ability to guide internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience in AI or productivity platforms is a strong plus
