What You'll Do:
- You will lead Green Lea Senior Living to operational excellence by ensuring the highest standards of resident care, compliance, and team performance.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff through open communication and a supportive leadership style.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and directives.
What You'll Need:
- LNHA through the Minnesota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators.
- Previous experience in an Executive Director/Licensed Nursing Home Administrator role preferred.
