As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Managing Director to join and drive growth within their Technology Investment Banking division. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned deal originator with deep expertise in Software, Internet, Semiconductors, or Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, primarily focusing on software, IT services, and digital platforms.
• Drive new client relationships by leveraging an established network across private equity, venture capital, and corporate development.
• Mentor and guide junior bankers, ensuring their professional growth and maintaining high standards of transaction excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and execute the group’s strategy, expanding the firm’s influence within key Technology verticals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of investment banking experience with a proven track record in the Technology sector.
• Strong deal sheet at the Managing Director level (or senior Director level) with extensive experience in M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Established relationships with financial sponsors and corporate clients in the Technology sector.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a middle-market boutique environment.
• A results-driven, collaborative leader capable of excelling in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
