QuestionPro is embarking on an exciting journey, and we\'re seeking enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join our growing Account Management Team remotely from anywhere in the United States. As an Account Manager, you\'ll be at the heart of our client relationships, fostering growth and building lasting partnerships with our valued clients. This remote position offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while being part of a dynamic, global team.

Reporting directly to our President of North America Sales, you\'ll play a crucial role in our client retention and expansion strategy. Your mission? To nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensure their satisfaction, and identify opportunities to expand their footprint within QuestionPro\'s suite of solutions.

We will support you with industry-standard tools and technology, such as Hubspot, Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Previous experience with these types of tools will accelerate the learning curve.

Your Impact:

  • Drive revenue growth within existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to enhance client satisfaction and maximize retention.
  • Traveling and meeting clients in person to position QuestionPro\'s solutions as indispensable, ensuring they fully utilize and benefit from our offerings.
  • Own the entire expansion sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Respond promptly to client requests for information (RFI) and proposals (RFP) to address their evolving needs and support account growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within existing accounts to introduce additional services and solutions, driving account expansion.
  • Develop tailored proposals, conduct product demonstrations for new features, and manage security and legal questionnaires to facilitate enhancements in client engagements.
  • Utilize HubSpot to maintain accurate client records, track engagement activities, and forecast account growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our account management processes and client retention strategies.

What Sets You Apart:

  • 5+ years of successful sales or account management experience in SaaS, market research, or related fields
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding renewal and revenue goals
  • Motivated self-starter, someone excited by a small company in growth mode
  • Start-up experience, working in a scrappy environment and getting things done
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable account strategies
  • Adaptability and resilience – you see challenges as opportunities and setbacks as learning experiences
  • Organized and dependable with a strong attention to detail and committed to working with integrity
  • High level of empathy - team players and generally good people to both peers and prospects
