We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategy, development, and adoption of enterprise analytics and AI solutions that transform decision-making across local and national sales organizations. This role will oversee a portfolio of AI-enabled products—including predictive models, generative AI copilots, and embedded decision intelligence—delivering measurable revenue growth and enhanced sales productivity.

The Director will lead senior product owners and cross-functional technical teams, translating complex analytics into actionable business insights and driving enterprise-wide adoption. Success requires a rare combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and executive presence to influence senior leadership, shape innovation, and realize measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise analytics and AI strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI solutions that deliver tangible outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire senior product owners and their teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Simplify complex analytics for executive audiences, securing alignment and sponsorship for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee a portfolio of analytics products, ensuring integration into CRM and digital platforms, governance, and reuse across the organization.
• Measure adoption and business impact, continuously optimizing products for value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or analytics leadership, with proven success delivering AI/ML-driven products at scale.
• Experience managing multiple teams and driving enterprise-wide adoption of advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong technical fluency across AI, predictive analytics, and digital platforms, combined with executive-level business acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into business impact.
• An advanced degree (MBA or technical master’s preferred) and experience in corporate analytics, strategy, or professional services is a plus.
