Position Summary:

The National Director, Women’s Division, is responsible for directing the National Women’s Division Campaign.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource and consultant to the regional Women’s divisions in the area of campaign, programming, educational outreach, leadership development and strategic planning
  • Identify, recruit and professionally staff the National Women’s Executive Cabinet and Board meetings and events
  • Manage National Women’s Division budget
  • Serve as liaison to leadership of Israel-based and United States women’s organizations in developing joint projects
  • Develop and staff National Women’s Division Israel Delegations, Leadership Conferences, etc.
  • Consult with branch offices to support local Women’s Division activities
  • Serve as advisor to National Women’s Division chairwomen
  • Design and edit all Division publications which are approved by Compliance and Marketing
  • Produce Women’s Division national events
  • Select and create all awards, recognition pins and event invitation shells/artwork in cooperation with the National Marketing Department
  • Negotiate with vendors and artists
  • Work extended/evening hours, weekends and holidays when needed
  • Perform any and all assignments that are deemed appropriate and necessary to meet the needs of the National Campaign

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Licensing Requirements

  • 5-7 years management experience, including supervisory skill
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred (will train)
  • Background in campaign development, including event management and board development
  • Strong background in program development and implementation
  • Ability to work and partner with top lay leadership effectively
  • Experience in budget preparation and funds allocation
  • Strong oral, written, listening, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and DCI proprietary applications (IBIS, etc.)
