Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Director located in Eastdale Village, Poughkeepsie, NY at The Learning Experience. The Center Director will oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, manage staff, communicate with parents, and ensure a positive learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or childcare management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of state regulations for childcare centers
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• CPR and First Aid certification
